Atwood are a band who have been together for a fair few years, even more years before they actually became a band due to the fact the band is made up of three sets of brothers. I'll leave you to check out the picture above and try and figure out who's who's brother. The band have been recorded various demos over the years and have received good reviews from sites such as Punktastic.com.

The band received further praise when they auditioned for the Channel 4 show T-Mobile Unsigned, the band played in front of an audience of thousands as well as judges Alex James, Jo Whiley and Lilly Allen. Everyone was very impressed with the band and they made it through to the final 25 of the show before it was revealed that the judges don't actually have good taste in music, so Atwood were gone.

Since then though the band has continued writing and recording and gone from a five piece to six piece, with the addition of the third brother. The band hooked up with Pep-Rock Records and are now set to release their first major release in the form of debut EP "London Gentleman". A 6-track EP that is just about as catchy as they come, for fans of bands such as Kids In Glass Houses and Tonight Is Goodbye. Expect to see Atwood hitting your local venue very very soon.
